Nuala is a 59 year-old practice manager at a busy doctor’s surgery in Brighton.

"I have suffered from aches and pains in my joints for about seven years now, but they have got progressively worse over time. I lead a very busy, active life and juggle a highly responsible and demanding job, as well as babysitting one full day a week for my two year old grandson.
