Honey Langcaster-James, a Consultant Psychologist, Life & Career Coach and specialist in the Psychology of Fame and Celebrity, knows a great deal about fluctuations in mood having been involved in the Big Brother Psychology Show in series 5 and 6. She says “People often talk about a 'downward spiral' of events that lead to a prolonged state of low mood. For example, if a relationship with a partner breaks down, they are likely to feel low, they may stop seeing friends and family, and start drinking more - all of which can make them feel even worse. Turning to antidepressants is not always the answer, especially in the beginning”.
Karma is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety, exclusively based on long-standing use as a traditional remedy. Always read the label.
