I have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks for over a year now. These tablets have helped me massively (I have found them to be more effective than medication prescribed by my GP). Please don't be put off by the price, I've been taking them for 2 months now and I'm really impressed, I usually take them when I feel my anxiety coming on. No nasty taste, no side effects and easy to swallow.

I take RelaxHerb before going on holiday as I have a fear of flying. It has helped me tremendously.
