Many of us in the UK are deficient in a range of nutrients as demonstrated by the National Diet and Nutrition Survey: only 25% of adults and 8% of children aged 11-18yrs reported eating the recommended minimum of 5 portions of fruit and vegetables per day.

We can often feel ‘under-par’.  A good example of this is low energy levels; this can be down to a lack of B-vitamins, which are depleted during food processing.

The body needs a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals to perform at its best. Whilst we should try and get what we need from a well balanced diet, taking a high quality daily multivitamin and mineral can plug any nutrient gaps – it’s a great top up to the daily diet.
